Shipping Terms
At MegaSales Toys our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
Shipping Methods
All shipping method options are detailed during checkout. Shipping fees, as well as delivery estimates, will be shown for each shipping method.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees based on actual products’ weight or dimensions. Dimensional weight reflects how much space a package takes in a truck or plane.
Shipping fees for in-stock items: The shipping fees of in-stock items displayed during checkout are the actual rates you need to pay. The rates do not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be assessed by the destination country. Please notes that some items with large sizes and weights will require a custom shipping quote at the time of shipment. We will explicitly state in the items’ description.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method. Each shipping method will display a delivery date or date range of when the shipment expected to arrive. 2 working days are required to pack the products.
If you are purchasing a pre-order, the expected number of the business day for delivery after the item has arrived at our facility will be 3 days.
The delivery estimate is only a general guideline. There are many factors including customs clearance that can delay delivery.
Importation
When ordering from MegaSales Toys, you need to assure that the products can import to your destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Orders shipped may subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination countries. These fees will assess when the shipment reaches the recipient's country and is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these unpredictable charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local Customs for more information.
Customs Clearance
International shipments may be subjected to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may open and inspect. Items may be repacked without the original care taken after your shipment left our warehouse. We may not know in advance and held responsibly or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experienced a complication with your local Customs agency, you should follow up with them directly.
If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and disposed of for any reason (including failure to pay any duties, taxes or fees), we will not refund.
Product Restrictions
Unfortunately, some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Manufacturers, which have licensing agreements, do not allow us to sell their products in specific countries. Product restrictions may also include items that are too large to ship internationally or replicas that are prohibited by Customs. If there are restrictions on a specific product it will be detailed in the description of the product details page. If you try to purchase an item that is not allowed to ship to a specific country, we will cancel and refund any ineligible items in your order.
In some situations, we may not know which products are too large to ship until we have received them at our warehouse. If this happens, we will contact you to find an alternate delivery method. In some cases, we may need to cancel and refund your order.
Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please be aware of the following:
- Manufacturers' warranties may not be valid
- Manufacturer service options may not be available
- Product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be written in the destination country's language
- The products and accompanying materials may not be designed under your country standards, specifications, or labeling requirements
- Products may not conform to destination country voltage or other electrical standards, requiring the use of an adapter or converter if appropriate
