How will MegaSales Toys ship my toys?

For pre-orders, we will try to ship it by Hong Kong Post. If it can't, we will contact you and send it by other couriers.

For In-stock products, the shipping methods depend on buyers. MegaSales Toys will provide three shipping method, which is the cheapest, best, and the faster carrier to its customers. Customers can choose the courier as they wish.

When will MegaSales Toys charge me shipping?

MegaSales Toys will charge customers shipping at checkout. 

How can I track my toys?

Once MegaSales Toys shipped the toys, our service providers will send you an email. Then, you can go to the order page to see where the toys reached. 

Would I need to pay Import Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees?

Customers might need to pay import duties, taxes, and other fees in some countries. MegaSales Toys will try to list out all fees that customers have to settle. However, that may not be accurate. Those fees can be lower or higher than shown.
